Michel Paul Gingras, M.D., F.R.C.P. (c) F.A.P.A.
Child/Adult Psychiatrist
Dr Gingras has attended medical school at Laval University, and obtained his license in the Province of Quebec, Canada. He entered in Psychiatric residency at W.S.Hall Institute, Columbia, S.C. and completed a fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, N-Y, N-Y. Since then, he has been in practice while holding various administrative positions.

Dr. Gingras is certified in psychiatry by the College of physicians of the province of Quebec and is Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Dr Gingras served in the USAF and was deployed during the gulf war where he remained for the entire campaign. Since he has left the Military, he has built his own practice which is described as eclectic and comprehensive, offering services to the population of Hampton Roads mostly focused on children and adolescents.



Gary Boggus, MD
Psychiatrist
Dr. Boggus obtained his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He then completed his internship at the University of Southern California. He then returned to Virginia to finish his residency in psychiatry.
Dr. Boggus is experienced in treating a variety of psychiatric problems, effecting adolescents as well as adults.



Helene Gingras, C.F.N.P.
Nurse Practioner/Clinical Specialist
Mrs. Gingras is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental health for children, adolescent and adult.


Barbara Townsend, L.C.S.W
Ms.Townsend has extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and adults; as well as dysfunctional families. She has spent a great deal of her professional career in working with various agencies including school and legal systems. She also specializes in hypnotherapy.


Terry Tierney, Ph.D.
Psychologist
Mr. Tierney provides individual therapy to adults with a variety of pschological problems including depression, anxiety, adjustment and somatization disorder, and chemical dependency.


Elizabeth Williams, L.P.C., L.M.F.T.
Therapist
Ms. Williams is experienced in individual, marital and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. She provides therapy for dual diagonese, sexual molestation and domestic violence.


Larry Strauss, L.C.S.W.
Therapist
Larry has a long experience with working with military/retired population. He specializes in Depression D/O, Anxiety D/O including PTSD. Bipolar D/O associated or not with Substance abuse/depedence D/O. As part of his experience in working with military. Larry has acquired great exposure to Active Duty/Dependants/Retired with grief issues.


LeeRoy Franklin
Mr L. Frankling has recently joined Hampton Mental Health Services, section Tidewater InHome Services with many years of experience in the educationl field mainly working as a special eduations teacher and program coordinator for the city of New-York. He has brought his experience to implement and coordinate the ever changing environment of the various programs offered to children. He has proven to be a key in develpping a quality program that was recently awarded a 3 year licencing by the Department of Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse of the state of Virginia.
